Hello, my name is Maple Kelly and I've been an ARBA member since 1990 and been raising Mini Rex that entire time. I've also raised Holland Lops, Havanas, Polish, Dutch & Mini Lops. I currently focus on only Mini Rex.
I started out as a 4-H kid looking for a couple of rabbits to show at the local fair. My first two Mini Rex was a red doe, Reba and a broken castor doe, Patches and the rest is history.
I grew up on a dairy farm and my passion for animals and agriculture came from working on the farm. I grew up showing dairy & beef cattle, dogs, bucket calves and of course rabbits.
I graduated from Iowa State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal/Dairy Science. I currently work for Elanco Animal Health as a Dairy Sales Rep covering 4 states in the Midwest.
I'm currently serving at Midwest Mini Rex Club President and National Mini Rex Club Youth Chair.

In addition, I also have a flock of chickens that I enjoy raising chicks from and collecting eggs. We have quite a few breeds of chickens and enjoy learning more about them.
