About Maple
			Welcome to Kelly's Bunnies!  My name is Maple Kelly and I've been raising rabbits for over 15 years.  I won my first rabbit at a county fair, it was a white and it died a week later.  Mom let me get bunnies the next year at the open fair show.  I came home with a broken castor & red Mini Rex, the rest is history! I graduated from Iowa State University in 2004  with a BS degree in Animal Science/Dairy Science. I'm currently living in Cascade, IA working for Monsanto Dairy Business in sales.  In addition to rabbits, I also have a two dogs, Gator , a long-haired chihuahua and Diamond, a Pom,  two cats, Foxy & Patches and a chinchilla, Hip Hop!   I grew up on a dairy farm in Eastern Iowa and my love for animals began there.   In addition, my dad owns & operates a tree farm in Clarence/Tipton, Iowa.  Visit his website at: www.kellytreefarm.com My hobbies pretty much consist of showing rabbits on the weekends.  Each year we attend between 25-30 shows in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin & Minnesota.  We make it a goal to attend the ARBA & Mini Rex National Conventions each year as well. I've enjoyed showing and attending rabbit shows with my mom, Sally, and my sister Deanna.  My other sister, Autumn, showed Dutch at one time but sold out when she left for college. I also have a brother named Forrest, but rabbits aren't his passion! I hope you learned a little about myself and my crazy rabbit hobby! Maple
